Lyn Nelson

After retiring from a career as a physical therapist, I was looking for a creative outlet. I have always admired pottery and decided to give creating pottery a try. I took two series of classes from Sandy Early in the spring of 2018 and have been enjoying hand building with clay ever since.

 

I am inspired by nature as is evident in many of my pieces. I enjoy creating interesting forms and glaze combinations. Most of my work is very functional. My passion for pottery keeps me centered during these chaotic times.
